Frequently Asked Questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most often. Each one links to a full guide if you want the details.
How do I log in to cPanel?
cPanel is one click away from your client area. Sign in at the client area and use the cPanel shortcut for your hosting package — no separate password to remember. For the full walkthrough, including direct-login options, see Logging In.
How do I point my domain here?
You point a domain to us by setting it to use our nameservers at your domain registrar. Once the change is saved, your domain resolves to your hosting account. See Nameservers for the exact values and step-by-step instructions.
How long do DNS changes take?
DNS changes are not instant — they propagate across the internet over time. Most changes take effect within a few hours, and full worldwide propagation can take up to 24 to 48 hours. See DNS Propagation to check progress and understand what affects the timing.
Do you provide SSL?
Yes. Free SSL certificates are included through AutoSSL, which issues and renews certificates for your domains automatically at no cost. You do not need to buy or manually install anything for standard use. See SSL Certificates for details.
How do I install WordPress?
The quickest way is the Softaculous app installer in cPanel, which sets up WordPress for you in a few clicks. It handles the database and configuration automatically. Follow Install WordPress for the complete process.
How do I migrate my site?
You can move an existing site to us by restoring a backup, transferring files and databases manually, or asking us for help. The best method depends on your current host and platform. Start with our Migrations guides to choose the right path.
How do I restore a backup?
You can restore partial backups (files or a database) yourself in cPanel, while full-account restores are handled by our support team on request. We also keep automatic daily backups for the last 7 days. See Backups & Restore for how-to steps and the Backup Policy for what we retain and how to request a restore.
My site hit a resource limit — what now?
A resource-limit error usually means your account briefly reached its CPU, memory, or process allowance. The fix is to reduce what is driving the load or move to a larger plan, not to remove the limit. See Resource Limits & 508 Errors to diagnose and resolve it.
How do I create email?
You create email accounts on your domain directly in cPanel, where you set the address, password, and mailbox quota. New mailboxes are ready to use in webmail or any email client right away. See Creating Email Accounts for the steps.
Do you support Node.js and Python?
Yes. Our CloudLinux platform lets you run Node.js and Python applications with selectable versions and isolated environments, set up from cPanel. See Node.js & Python Apps for how to create and manage an application.
How do I get help?
Open a support ticket any time and our team will help. Including your domain or cPanel username and a clear description of the issue helps us resolve things faster.
