Moving to Ultra Web Hosting from another provider, or moving WordPress, email, or DNS into a new account? These guides walk you through it with minimal downtime. In most cases we will handle the migration for you for free; the guides below also cover how to do it yourself if you prefer.
We will migrate you for free
For most cPanel-based, Plesk, or DirectAdmin source hosts, our team can move your account at no charge. Open a support ticket in the Sales or Technical department with your current host login details, and we will do the transfer and confirm with you before any DNS changes.
From Another Host
The standard migration path: a cPanel-to-cPanel transfer, or a full account move from a non-cPanel host.
WordPress Migration
Move a single WordPress site with the All-in-One WP Migration plugin or by hand via files plus database.
Email Migration
Bring existing mailboxes (with their folders and history) over via IMAP sync. Works for Google Workspace, Office 365, and any IMAP host.
DNS Cutover Checklist
Final step of any migration: switch DNS to point at us. Pre-cutover checks, TTL prep, and post-cutover verification.
