Managing Services
All of your active hosting plans, domains, SSL certificates, and add-ons live in Services → My Services. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, change billing cycle, toggle auto-renewal, or cancel.
Viewing Your Services
- Log into the Client Area.
- Click the Services tile on the dashboard, or open Services → My Services from the top menu.
- The list shows every service on your account with its product, recurring price, next due date, and status (Active, Pending, Suspended, Terminated, Cancelled).
Each active row has quick-action buttons for cPanel and Webmail. Click the service itself (or any row) to see its full details, usage stats, and management options.
Upgrading or Downgrading a Plan
If you need more disk, bandwidth, or features, you can upgrade in-place without losing any data.
- Click the service you want to change.
- In the sidebar, click Upgrade/Downgrade Options.
- Choose your new plan. Pricing will be prorated against the time remaining on your current cycle.
- Click Choose Product and review the prorated invoice.
- Once paid, the upgrade applies within a few minutes. Your data, domains, and email accounts are not affected.
Changing the Billing Cycle
You can switch a service between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and biennial cycles. Longer cycles are usually discounted.
- Click the service you want to change.
- Open a support ticket requesting the new cycle. Include the service domain and your preferred cycle.
- Our billing team will adjust the cycle and issue a prorated invoice if applicable.
Per-Service Auto-Renewal
You can disable auto-renewal for a single service without affecting your overall account setting:
- Click the service.
- In the sidebar, click Disable Auto Renew (or Enable Auto Renew if it is currently off).
Cancelling a Service
If you no longer need a service, you can request cancellation:
- Click the service you want to cancel.
- In the sidebar, click Request Cancellation.
- Choose either End of Billing Period (the service stays active until your paid period ends) or Immediate (the service ends today).
- Optionally enter a reason. This helps us improve, and your answer never affects whether the cancellation is processed.
- Click Request Cancellation.
Reactivating a Cancelled Service
If you cancelled a service and want it back:
- Within a few days — open a support ticket. We may still have your data and can restore it.
- After a longer period — place a new order for the same plan. We can sometimes restore data from server-side backups if you also have a recent backup of your own; ask in your ticket.
